What is a CRS?
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales
associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional
accomplishments in both sales experience and education.
Fewer than 34,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the CRS credential. Home
buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS designees subscribe to the strict Realtor
Code of Ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping
clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
What is an ABR?
The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark
of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by
the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National
Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet specified
educational and practical experience criteria with home buyers.
What is GRI?
The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate
professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional
services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI
designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and
protect their clients.
